Synergy Summit Co., Ltd. began as a marketing consultancy, and kept meeting the same problem: a good plan with no one to build it. Reworking a shopfront meant finding a fabricator; an ordering system meant finding yet another developer.
So we brought all three under one roof. The people who plan the marketing, fabricate the steel and write the software sit and talk directly, which removes the delay of relaying everything between separate contractors and makes changes faster.
